About this project
Magic is a mindset, a way of seeing the world. It gives us something to hope for or believe in when our world or lives do not seem so magical. Whether it’s making things disappear and reappear, illusions by sleight of hand, magic spells or charms, or the belief in the mysterious and supernatural, it allows us to see the world in a new light that is both refreshing and invigorating.
We’re wired to be in awe of things that cannot be logically explained. It gives us that sense of delight. It’s easier for us to believe in magic then try to explain the reality of the trick.
Our brains don’t want to work that hard. They just wonder at the hope of something more then what there really is. We still need a sense of wonder in our lives.
Magic is something that reminds us of our innocence and the happiness that can exist in that innocence. It allows us to go beyond the mundane and explore something new and exciting. It challenges our reality and what ‘could be’. Magic is our imagination set free.
